El municipio de Cascales, bajo el liderazgo del alcalde Wilson Sanmartín, y el apoyo de los concejales se adquirió equipos de topografía con tecnología GPS, radio y posicionamiento satelital (PP). Además se capacitó al personal de los departamentos de Planificación y Catrasto.

Esta mejora tecnológica permitirá realizar mediciones más precisas de los terrenos, facilitando la obtención de escrituras y una planificación urbana más eficiente, asegurando un mejor servicio a los ciudadanos de Cascales.
